OREGON COMMUNITY IMAGING-PACS
Mission Medical Imaging closed in October 2018. All images and reports are stored on Oregon Community Imaging (OCI) PACS. If you need images pushed to your PACS system fax your request to 503-371-0777.
If you need reports or billing records, fax a request to 503-371-0777.
Oregon Community Imaging is also the PACS system for Salem Hospital and a number of other Marion County imaging facilities. See www.OCIPACS.com for more information.
You may also mail any request to 2925 Ryan Dr. SE, Salem, OR. 97301.
